Championship? Song Eun-beom and LG should finish in a good way

The annual salary contract between Song Eun-beom and the LG Twins is going well.

On the 3rd, the LG club announced that it had concluded an annual salary contract for the team for this season. Among them, finishing pitcher Ko Woo-seok received news that he was stamped with the highest non-FA salary of 430 million won in the club.

Veteran pitcher Song Eun-beom was the only one who failed to sign an annual salary contract.

Song Eun-beom wore an LG uniform through a 1:1 trade with Hanwha in 2019.

Despite his considerable age at the time, he became a key member of the LG bullpen and played the role of a ‘reliable man’ who climbed the mound even in difficult situations as needed.

His merits are also acknowledged. After obtaining FA status, Song Eun-beom signed a two-year contract with LG for a total of 1 billion won (down payment of 300 million won, total annual salary and incentives of 700 million won).

Last season, he posted a 4.05 ERA with 1 win, 1 loss and 2 holds in 25 games.

However, on August 14 of that year, Song Eun-beom was injured in the process of handling a ground ball in front of the pitcher in Jamsil Lotte.

He was diagnosed with a torn lateral collateral ligament in his right knee, and ended up on the operating table and missed many games.

Due to this problem, Song Eun-beom and LG were unable to narrow their differences ahead of this contract. 바카라

There seemed to be no progress in the situation, but it was decided to take a step back from both the player and the club.

On the evening of the 3rd, Song Eun-beom’s agent said in a phone call with this reporter, “Song Eun-beom and the LG club want to move in a good direction together.”

In particular, Song Eun-beom’s injury occurred during the pannant race. In a situation where LG wants to go up a notch, it must be acknowledged that veteran Song Eun-beom took the mound for the team.
