Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim will start the second half of the season against the Houston Astros.

MLB.com revealed the starting pitchers for each team in the second half of the season, which resumes after the 2023 Major League Baseball All-Star break on Wednesday.

He’s been a two-way star. Ohtani will be a free agent at the end of this season, and his asking price is consistently reported to be over $500 million.

The possibility of Ohtani leaving the Angels as a free agent has been mentioned, although it’s also possible that he could be traded. One of the leading contenders is the Los Angeles Dodgers.
